摘　　要：为更好地对海事巡逻船进行科学配置,以福建海事局为例,针对福建海事局海事巡逻船配置现状,根据《海事船舶配备管理规定》,利用层次分析法(AHP),综合考虑福建海事局所辖水域的配置因素,得出该水域海事巡逻船合理的配置结构.To allocate the marine patrol craft scientifically,taking the case of Fujian Maritime Safety Administration（MSA）,according to the ＂regulations of the administration of the maritime boat equipment＂,the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） was used to consider comprehensively allocation factors in the jurisdiction area of Fujian MSA,aiming at the present allocation of marine patrol craft,and finally the rational configuration structure of marine patrol craft was obtained.
