摘　　要：为全面了解海上光污染对夜航船舶航行安全影响的范围和程度,选择船长、船舶驾驶员和引航员作为被调查对象,选取基于人类工效学的评价、高亮度光环境对信号灯可识别性的影响以及夜间高亮度光环境对船舶航行安全的影响等方面的评价指标,设计海上光污染对船舶夜航安全影响的调查问卷.应用统计分析软件(SPSS)对回收的191份有效问卷进行统计分析,问卷总量表的信度系数达0.782,表明设计的问卷具有较高信度和效度.In order to fully understand the scope and extent of influence caused by light pollution at sea upon ships navigation safety at night,the captains, deck officers and pilots were selected as the subjects,and assessment based on ergonomics,impact of high-brightness environment upon identifiability of signal lights,impact of high-brightness environment upon safe navigation etc,were selected as the evaluation indexes,a questionnaire was designed for the impact of light pollution at sea on ships navigation safety at night.The statistical analysis of the 191 valid questionnaires was carried out with statistical package for social science（SPSS）,the reliability coefficient of total table reaches 0.782,which shows that the questionnaire has high reliability and validity.
