注意缺陷多动障碍共患抽动障碍儿童生活质量研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)与抽动障碍(tic disorder,TD)共病(comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and tic disorder,CAT)患儿的生活质量。【方法】采用儿少主观生活质量问卷(Inventory of Subjective Life quality,ISLQ)对CAT组60例,ADHD组79例,TD组60例,正常对照组71名儿童分别进行评估。【结果】CAT组在生活环境方面得分高于ADHD组(P<0.05),其他方面两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CAT组儿童在家庭生活、同伴交往、学校生活、自我认识、抑郁体验、总体满意度方面得分低于TD组(P<0.05)。CAT组儿童家庭生活、同伴交往、学校生活、自我认识、认知成分、总体满意度得分低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】CAT患儿主观生活质量明显下降,主要与存在ADHD有关,治疗应采取包括心理治疗在内的综合干预措施。【Objective】 To investigate the quality of life in children with comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity dis-order（ADHD） and tic disorder（TD）（CAT）.【Methods】 60 children with comorbid ADHD and TD（CAT）,79 children with ADHD,60 children with TD and 71 normal control children were collected.All of those cases were evaluated with In-ventory of Subjective Life quality（ISLQ）.【Results】 The score of the living environment was higher in CAT group than ADHD group（P0.05）,there were no significant differences in the scores in other factors between the two groups（P 0.05）.Compared with the TD group,those children with CAT had lower scores in the family life,peer relations,school life,self-awareness,depression experience and overall satisfaction（P0.05）.In comparison with the control group,the children in CAT group had lower scores in the family life,peer relations,school life,self-awareness,cognitive component and overall satisfaction（P0.01）.【Conclusions】 The subjective quality of life children with CAT decrease significant-ly,it is attributed to the existence of ADHD primarily.The comprehensive treatment including psychological treatment should be taken.
