灯盏生脉胶囊治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过经颅多普勒超声(transcranial doppler,TCD)改变研究灯盏生脉胶囊治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)的临床疗效。方法选择经临床确诊为AD患者56例,随机均分成2组,对照组仅服用多奈哌齐(安理申)5mg/d,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用灯盏生脉胶囊口服,2粒/次,3次/d。3个月后分别对2组患者治疗前后进行TCD检测和简单精神状态检查(简易精神状态检查量表评分)。结果灯盏生脉胶囊治疗组患者全脑平均血流速度及神经认知功能改善均较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论灯盏生脉胶囊能有效改善AD患者的全脑平均血流速度及认知功能,全脑平均血流速度改善与认知功能呈正相关。Objective To investigate the curative effects of Dengzhan Shengmai capsule on patients with Alzheimer disease （AD） evaluated by changes of transeranial doppler sonograpy （TCD）. Methods Fifty -six patients,who were diagnosed AD by clinical diagnosis,were divided into two groups randomly. Control group was given donepezil 5mg/d. The therapy group was treated by the Dengzhan Shengmai capsule and donepezil. The patients of the two groups were examined with TCD and the scales of Mini-mental state before and after the therapy. Results .The mean blood flow velocity in cerebral arteries and the neural cognitive-function in the therapy group were significantly improved compared with control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Dengzhan Shengmai capsule can improve the patients＇ neural cognitive function and the mean blood flow velocity in cerebral arteries obviously. The improvement of mean cerebral blood flow velocity was positively correlated with the neural cognitive function.
