摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取桂皮、桂枝、桂叶挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱分析手段对广西防城港市桂皮、桂枝、桂叶挥发油的主要成分进行分析比较,用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量;通过比较研究表明:桂皮的提取率最高,桂枝的次之,桂叶的最低;在化学成分上,桂皮、桂枝、桂叶油的主要成分是相近的,从它们的挥发油中分离出36个组分,桂皮油的主要成分为反式肉桂醛(60.42%)、反式邻甲氧基肉桂醛(18.81%)、肉桂酸(8.86%)等;桂枝油的主要成分为反式肉桂醛(47.38%)、反式邻甲氧基肉桂醛(23.21%)、肉桂酸(7.65%)等;而桂叶油的成分较为复杂,其主要成分为反式肉桂醛(38.27%)、反式邻甲氧基肉桂醛(29.36%)、香豆素(7.18%)等。The volatile oil was extracted from Cinnamomum cassia bark,Cinnamomum cassia presl and Cinnamomum cassia leaf by steam distillation.Volatile components of Cinnamomum cassia oils was analyzed by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the relative content of these compounds were calculated using square peaks to normalization.The main chemical component of volatile oil was similar in three sections.The result shows that the yield of Cinnamomum cassia bark is tiptop,Cinnamomum cassia presl takes the second place,Cinnamomum cassia leaf is the lowest.36 components were identified in the oils.The chemical component of Cinnamomum cassia bark was(E)-Cinnamaldehyde(60.42 %),(E)-2-Propenal,3-(2-methoxyphenyl)-(18.81 %) Cinnamic acid(8.86 %) and so on;The chemical component of Cinnamomum cassia presl oil was(E)-Cinnamaldehyde(47.38%),(E)-2-Propenal,3-(2-methoxyphenyl)-(23.21%),Cinnamic acid(7.65 %) and so on;The volatile oil of Cinnamomum cassia leaf was(E)-Cinnamaldehyde(38.27 %),(E)-2-Propenal,3-(2-methoxyphenyl)-(29.36 %),Coumarin(7.18 %) and so on,and it was quite complex.
