摘　　要：从我国现行的普通高校体育课程评价体系中存在的问题入手,对评价体系进行优化设计,构建出更为合理的普通高校体育课程评价体系,以求更好地推动我国高等学校体育教育的发展,进而促进我国普通高校在校大学生的体质健康。Based on the solutions of the existing problems in the university sports grade assessment system,the authors optimized the system and designed a new system with the objective of arousing the students＇ interest in sports and building their bodies.The purpose is to push the physical education forward.
