摘　　要：为了得到纯净的聚醚酮,需要除去其中的二苯砜、NaF等物质。根据选定的几种二苯砜浸出工艺,通过实验得到了效果较好的改进脂肪提取工艺,并根据此工艺进行生产模拟计算。同时,以水为溶剂浸出NaF的最佳工艺条件为:常压,80℃,多次循环浸出。In order to gain pure PEK, impurities for example diphenyl sulfone and villiaumite and others must be eliminated. According to the several designed technologies, comparing with experiments, the best improved technology of extracting fat was obtained and analog computation was operated based on the technology. In the meantimes,the nieest operating conditions of making water as sovent of removing flouride are usual atmosphere and 80℃ and many times of recycling operation.
