摘  要:利用转矩流变仪研究了液晶聚合物(LCP)/尼龙(PA)共混体系的转矩流变特性。使用正交试验分析了LCP质量分数、增容剂质量分数、共混温度及转子转速等4个因素对共混体系转矩流变特性的影响。结果表明,增容剂质量分数对共混体系转矩流变特性的影响最为显著,其次为转子转速和LCP质量分数,共混温度的影响最小。共混体系的平衡转矩随LCP质量分数、增容剂质量分数和转子转速的增加而增加,随共混温度的增加而减小。当LCP质量分数为5%、增容剂质量分数为3%、共混温度为300℃、转子转速为50 r/min时,共混体系的平衡转矩最小。Torque rheometer was used to study the torque rheological behavior of liquid crystal polymer( LCP)/nylon blends. Orthogonal test was used to analyze weight percentage of LCP, weight percentage of compatilizer, blending temperature and rotor speed on the torque rheological behavior of the blends. The results indicated that the weight percentage of compatilizer was the most significant factor, then the rotor speed and LCP content, the blending temperature was minimum. The balanceable torque of the blends increased with the increase of the LCP content, compatilizer content and the rotor speed, but decreased with the increase of the blending temperature. The balanceable torque was minimum when LCP content was 5%, compatilizer content was 3%, blending temperature was 300℃ and rotor speed was 50 r/min.
