摘　　要：集团化已成为国有企业发展的重要战略和必然趋势。我国加入WTO后,政府正在大力支持企业发展集团化战略,使企业集团成为国民经济发展的主导力量。北汽控股集团实施集团化战略的实践证明其集团化战略对于提高企业经营效率的效果是显著的。Group strategy has become an important strategy for the development of state-owned enterprises and an inevitable trend.After China＇s entry to WTO,the government is strongly supporting the enterprises to develop Group strategy,so that the development of enterprise group has become the leading force in the national economy.Beijing Automotive Holdings Group has implemented the Group strategy and has proved that its Group strategy is significant for improving business efficiency.
