摘  要:目的:探讨糖尿病患者周围神经传导速度改变的特点,分析危险因素,指导临床诊断和治疗。方法:测定50例2型糖尿病患者正中、尺、胫后、腓总神经的运动和感觉神经传导速度,比较上、下肢感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和运动神经传导速度(MCV)损害的差别,分析病程、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹血糖(FBG)对神经传导速度(NCV)的影响。结果:糖尿病患者下肢神经病变重于上肢,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感觉神经损害重于运动神经,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病程、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白与神经传导速度变化有相关性,与空腹血糖无相关性。结论:检测神经传导速度对糖尿病周围神经病的早期诊断具有临床意义。控制血糖、甘油三酯对控制周围神经病变有临床意义。Objective:To explore the abnormal characteristic of diabetics′ nerves′ conduction function,and analyse the dangerous actors.So that direct clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: Selected 50 diabetes patients,analyzed The median nerves,ulnar nerves,posterior tibial nerves and the peroneal nerves.Compared with low extremity and upper limb nerves′conduction function,sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) and motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV).Analyzed the influence of course of disease,triglyceride(TG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C),fasting blood glucose(FBG)to nerve conduction velocity.Results:The low extremity was worse than upper limb,there was statistical difference(P0.05).SCV was more serious than MCV,there was statistical difference(P0.05).There was positive linear correlation of course of disease,triglyceride and glycated hemoglobin,but fasting blood glucose.Conclusion:There was clinical significance of nerves′conduction in the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.To control the blood glucose,triglyceride is helpful to the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
