乙醇浸提南沙参挥发油化学成分分析

摘　　要：采用乙醇浸提水蒸气蒸馏方法提取南沙参中挥发油,用气相色谱/质谱联用技术对提取的挥发油进行了分离鉴定,鉴定出烃类、醛类、醇类、酮类、酯类、酸类、呋喃类、醚类和酰胺类9类61种化合物,其中8种化合物(占66.952%)为已知药用成分,这些数据为进一步评价其质量和开发新药提供了基础数据.Volatile oil extracted from the Radix Adenophorae by steam distillation after alcohol extraction,was analysed by using gas chromatography-mas spectrometry（GC/MS）.Sixty-one compounds in the volatile oil by steam distillation after alcohol extraction have been obtained,include nine classes hydrocarbons,alcohol,ketone,ester,acid,furan,aldehydes,ethers,amide.There are eight components（66.952%） that have been known medicinal effects,the results can provide the basis for evaluating its quality and developing new drugs.
