清创联合药物治疗霉菌性胃溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨霉菌性胃溃疡的治疗方法。方法:将82例经电子胃镜和涂片或病理检查确诊的霉菌性胃溃疡患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组通过内镜清创后喷洒氢氧化铝凝胶联合氟康唑,对照组口服氟康唑,3周后复查胃镜及刷片或病理。结果:治疗组治愈率78.0%,对照组治愈率43.9%,两组治愈率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清创后喷洒氢氧化铝凝胶联合氟康唑是治疗霉菌性胃溃疡的有效方法。Objective To investigate the treatment of mycotic gastric ulcer.Method The 81 mycotic gastric ulcers were diagnosed by electronic gastroscope and brushing or pathological inspection,randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were debrided and spraied Aluminum hydroxide gel and Fluconazole by endoscopic,The control group was treated with fluconazole.After 3 weeks,the cases had been repeated endoscopy and brushing or pathological inspection.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 78.0%,control group was 43.9%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion That debridement and spraying Aluminum hydroxide gel and Fluconazole is an effective way to treat mycotic gastric ulcer.
