摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤科护士工作压力、A型人格、心理健康的关系,为肿瘤科护士的压力管理提供依据。方法采用护士工作压力源量表、A型行为问卷和症状自评量表对494名肿瘤科护士进行测量。采用相关性分析、回归分析法研究工作压力、A型人格对心理健康的影响。结果 A型人格与工作压力呈正相关(r=0.272,P<0.001),与心理健康呈负相关(r=-0.304,P<0.001),工作压力与心理健康呈负相关(r=-0.331,P<0.001);层级回归结果表明:A型人格在工作压力和心理健康关系上具有调节作用(F=32.649,P<0.001)。结论 A型人格和工作压力对肿瘤科护士的心理健康水平有预测作用,护理管理者应了解、重视肿瘤科护士的人格特征,制定针对性的压力管理措施,增进肿瘤科护士的心理健康,从而提高护士工作效率和护理服务质量。Objective To study the relationship among job stress,type-A personality and mental health of nurses in oncology department.Methods 494 nurses from oncology department were surveyed by Nurse Stress Inventory,Type A Behavior Pattern Scale and SCL-90.Results Type-A personality was positively correlated with job stress(r=0.272,P〈0.001),and negatively correlated with mental health(r=-0.304,P〈0.001).There was a negative correlation between job stress and mental health(r=-0.331,P〈0.001).Hierarchical regression analysis confirmed that type-A personality had moderating effect on the job stress and mental health of nurses in tumor department(F=32.649,P〈0.001).Conclusion Both job stress and type-A personality can significantly predict mental health.Nursing managers should understand and attach importance to the personality of nurses,and effective stress management strategies should be implemented to relieve occupational stress so as to improve job efficiency.
