摘　　要：人类白细胞抗原（Human Leukocyte Antigen，HLA）基因系统是人类主要组织相容性复合体。本文简述了HLA基因生物学特性，HLA基因多样性，HLA基因与卵巢癌、宫颈癌的关系和HLA基因与乙型肝炎病毒慢性感染。Human Leukocyte Antigen （HLA） gene system is human major histocompatibility complex. This article description biological characteristics of HLA genes, HLA genetic diversity, HLA gene relationship of ovarian cancer and cervical cancer, and HLA genes and chronic hepatitis B virus infection.
