摘　　要：公立医院治理结构是实施战略绩效管理的前提和基础。当前公立医院治理的困境是导致绩效管理体系不健全的根本原因。公立医院法人治理结构的变革将理顺战略绩效管理体系,赋予其明确的战略目标和绩效管理责任。Public hospital governance structure is the basis for the implementation of the strategic performance management.The governance structure of the plight of public hospitals is the root cause to the poor performance management system.The establishment of corporate governance structure in public hospitals is a solution to the problem,which will adjust the strategic performance management system,set clear strategic objectives,and give the responsibility of performance management.
