摘　　要：提出了基于数字时代图书馆应建成学习型组织的设想,指出数字图书馆建设应采用团队学习理念,阐述了图书馆团队学习的具体方法与技术手段。This paper puts forward an assumption based on that the library in digital age should be constructed into learning-type organization,and further points out that the digital library should adopt the concept of team learning,and expounds the concrete method and technological means of library＇s team learning.
