摘　　要：【目的】建立蒙药幽宁八味丸中丁香酚的含量测定方法。【方法】采用气相色谱法,样品以正己烷超声提取,采用Rtx-5毛细管柱,柱温140℃;固定液用交联键合的5%二苯基、95%二甲基聚硅氧烷;载气氮气(纯度99.999%),流速1.02 ml/min;进样口温度190℃;检测器温度220℃;进样量1μl。【结果】丁香酚在0.1006～3.22μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。r=0.9997,平均回收率97.72%,RSD为3.76%(n=9)。【结论】本法灵敏、准确,操作简便,重复性好。【Objective】To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of eugenol content in Mongolian medicine YOUNINGBAWEI pill.【Methods】The GC was performed on the following condition： sample in solution of n-hexane was extracted by ultrasonic,Rtx-5 capillary column at 140℃,stationary liquid consisted of 5% diphenyl and 95% dimethyl polysiloxane by cross-link.Carrier gas： nitrogen（purity 99.999%）.Flow rate 1.02 ml/min.Temperature of the column entrance 190℃t,emperature of the detector 220℃.Sample volume 1μl.【Results】The curve of eugenol was linear in the range of 0.1006～3.22μg（r = 0.9997）t,he average recovery rate was 97.72%,RSD was 3.76%（n=9.）【Conclusions】This method is sensitive,accurate,simple and repeatable for content determination of eugenol content in Mongolian medicine YOUNINGBAWEI pill.
