摘　　要：利用半序方法在u0-r完备的Archimedean型向量格中研究格α(t)凹增算子.利用格α(t)凹算子的一个充要条件,在非紧非连续的情况下得到了格增算子不动点定理.By using the partial order method,the lattice α（t）-concave increasing operators are studied in u0-r complete Archimedean vector lattice.A fixed point theorem is obtained for the class of operator to be neither compact nor continuous by means of a sufficient and necessary condition of the lattice α（t）-concave operators.
