玉米紫色植株色素对去卵巢大鼠血清IL-6和TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察玉米紫色植株色素(MPPP)对去卵巢大鼠血清白细胞介素(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响及其抗氧化能力。方法:3月龄40只Wistar雌性大鼠,按体重随机分为5组,分别切除卵巢和假性去卵巢,分为假手术组(SHAM)、去卵巢对照组(OVX)、OVX+低、中、高剂量MPPP组,即2.5%、5%、10%MPPP灌胃(1 ml/100 g bw)14周,测定血清IL-6、TNF-α、丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果:OVX+低、中、高剂量MPPP组血清IL-6和MDA含量均较OVX组显著降低,TNF-α含量较OVX组尽管有所降低但差异无统计学意义。OVX+低剂量MPPP组SOD活性较OVX组明显增加。结论:玉米紫色植株色素在去卵巢大鼠中可以下调IL-6水平,具有抗氧化能力。Objective：To investigate the effect of maize purple plant pigment（MPPP）on serum interleukin-6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）,and anti-oxidation in ovariectomized rats.Method：Forty Wistar female rats were divided into 5 groups randomly,which were sham operation group（SHAM）,ovariectomized model group（OVX）and 3 different dose of MPPP＋OVX group,i.e.2.5%,5.0%,10% MPPP ig 1 ml/100g bw for 14 weeks.The contents of IL-6,TNF-α,malondialdehyde（MDA）and activity of SOD in serum were measured.Results：The contents of IL-6 and MDA in serum of ovariectomized rats fed with MPPP were significantly lower than those in OVX model group.The contents of TNF-α in serum in ovariectomized rats fed with MPPP had no significant difference compared with OVX model group.The activities of SOD in OVX＋ 2.5% MPPP group were significantly increased than those in OVX model group.Conclusion：For ovariectomized rats,MPPP has the effects of the decrease the contents of IL-6 in serum and antioxidation.
