摘  要:为了克服无人机燃油实时消耗量检测中采用油路串入传感器法对发动机形成的高风险,研究中利用芮氏算法,在发动机某部位安装负压和温度传感器,即可得出理论燃油消耗量、各种燃油温度下发动机化油器各个喷口流量系数群;利用机载计算机数据采集系统、数据链,通过地面操控站计算机,根据常规公式即可实时算出实际燃油消耗量;此方法可实现无人机油路无流量传感器状态,实时测取飞行中燃油瞬时消耗量和对余油测算续航时间;经台架试验证实了方法和数据的合理性,此技术可用于飞行实况。To minimize the risk of using fuel circuit serial-in sensor method to examine the real-time fuel consumption for UAV engines,RUI's method is alternatively utilized.By installing a negative-pressure and temperature sensor on the UAV engine,theoretical fuel consumptions and the fuel flow coefficient group for each carburetor jet at different operational fuel temperature have been determined.Helped with the airborne PC data collection,data chain as well as computations from ground operation stations,the actual fuel consumption can be deduced from standard equations.This method leads to a flow-free sensoring status for UAV fuel circuits,allowing an examination of the instantaneous fuel consumption and fuel remains.Rationality of this methodology and our data is confirmed by test-bench experiments,which opens a possibility of monitoring the live-statue UAV flight.
