面向订单生产对企业资源规划的挑战

摘　　要：本文是一项由24位中国企业资源规划资深顾问参与的研究,主要研究目标是发现中国制造业中面向订单生产的管理趋势及其对ERP的挑战。本文首先提出了研究的8个研究步骤,由专家提出面向订单生产业务的管理趋势,并根据专家投票得到其中的10个主要趋势,接着研究了这些主要趋势的业务管理难度和ERP对其支持程度,最后分析了目前ERP支持面向订单生产业务的不足。研究结果表明,在面向订单生产环境下,企业需要更高的供应链管理水平,并且需要改进的生产计划与控制方法。研究结果还表明目前应用于制造业的ERP软件在支持面向订单生产的发展趋势方面表现出较多的不足之处,阻碍了管理目标的实现。This article is a research 24 senior consultants in China ERP consulting participated.The research objective is to find MTO management trends and the challenge on ERP.In this paper,First,8 steps of the research are presented,and some MTO trends are generated by experts,in which 10 key MTO trends are found according to experts’ votes.Second,the business management difficulties of these key trends and the support of ERP are studied.Finally,the limitations of ERP on support of MTO are analyzed.The research conclusion presents MTO enterprises are undergoing development to advance SCM and improve production planning and control as well.The research conclusion also implies that there are many limitations of ERP on support of MTO,which have hindered management objective achieving.
