摘　　要：介绍了基因芯片技术及其在动物微生物研究中病原体检测和分型、致病机理、宿主与病原体的相互影响以及耐药性检测等方面的应用情况,分析了限制该技术应用和发展的主要问题,并对其应用前景作了展望。The technique of gene chip was introduced in this article,and its applications in animal microbiology study such as detection and typing of pathogens,pathogenesis,host-pathogen interactions and antimicrobial resistance were expounded.The existing problems and prospect of it were also analyzed.
