摘  要:搞好国际金融双语教学的经验是:培养和选择英语水平较高的师资;选择照顾到中国金融发展现状的教材;必要的分班授课;根据各章节的内容确定使用英语的比例;让学生在课堂上与老师充分互动等。当然,开展国际金融双语教学还会遇到师资的英语水平有待提高、照顾到中国金融发展的教材选择困难、教学手段单一、缺少实训环节、对学习效果的考核僵化等问题。为了解决这些问题,有必要拨专款提升师资英文水平,自编英文教材,增加课时量和实训环节,完善考核方式等。The experiences of conducting bilingual teaching of international finance are as follows: train and choose faculties with higher English level,choose textbooks that include China's finance development status,insist on bilingual class and Chinese class,determine the ratio to use English during classes,and emphasize on the interaction between teachers and students.At the same time,there are still some difficulties,such as financing faculties with relative lower English level,difficult to find textbooks including China's finance development accordingly,single teaching tools,lacking opportunities to do real businesses,the stereotyped examination methods,etc..To tackle these problems,it is necessary for us to raise the faculties' English level,compile textbooks by ourselves,expand teaching periods and encourage the real business practices and improve examination methods.
