地榆生白片联合G-CSF治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨地榆生白片联合G-CSF对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后的骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法:将66例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组:治疗组35例,化疗开始即给予地榆生白片0.4/次,每天3次,在每次化疗后出现Ⅲ度骨髓抑制开始给予G-CSF对症处理,300μg/d皮下注射;对照组31例,在每次化疗后出现Ⅲ度骨髓抑制时开始给予G-CSF对症处理,300μg/d皮下注射。2组每日复查血常规,白细胞总数2次超过10×109/L,停药后继续观察血常规。结果:治疗组出现严重骨髓抑制少于对照组,治疗组白细胞下降慢、恢复快,2组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地榆生白片可有效减轻妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后的骨髓抑制且安全性好,可以减少患者的经济负担。Objective： To investigate the linical effect of diyushengbai tablet and G-CSF after chemotherapy on gynaecology tumour.Methods：66 patients with definite gynaecology tumour were enrolled in our study and were randomized into the treatment group,which consisted of 35 cases using diyushengbai tablet when chemotherapy begins and using G-CSF after Ⅲ degree arrest of bone marrow,300μg /d,IH,and the control group in which the patients were advised to using G-CSF after Ⅲ degree arrest of bone marrow,300μg /d,IH.Results：The treatment group is less than the control group in occurring serious arrest of bone marrow,WBC resuming time and WBC declining speed.There were significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion：It proved that diyushengbai tablet could be effective to cure the arrest of bone marrow after chemotherapy on gynaecology tumour.
