血管内皮生长因子及受体KDR在周围型肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探索VEGF和KDR在周围型肺癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测58例周围型肺癌VEGF、KDR的表达水平,结合临床资料,与肺癌的浸润、转移进行对比分析。结果 (1)VEGF、KDR的表达水平与胸膜受侵、淋巴转移和细胞分化程度明显相关(P<0.05)。(2)VEGF和KDR表达具有一致性。结论 VEGF、KDR参与了周围型肺癌的发生、发展和转移,可作为肺癌生物学恶化的一项指标。Objective To study the expression of VEGF,KDR and its clinical significance in peripheral pulmonary carcinoma.Methods The expression of VEGF,KDR were detected in lung neoplasms by immunohistochemical staining.Results 1） VEGF,KDR expression was apparently related to lymph node metastasis,pleural invasion and grade of cell differentiation.2） A positive correlation was found between VEGF and KDR.Conclusion The results suggest that the expression of VEGF and KDR may play an important role in oncogenesis,development,metastasis of lung cancer and serve as a tumor marker to evaluate the biological behavior of lung carcinoma.
