摘　　要：目的:探讨Artemin(ATRN)在食管癌中的表达及作用。方法:采用免疫组化和real-time PCR方法检测ATRN在食管癌组织126例、癌旁组织126例和正常组织21例中的表达水平;应用siRNA技术在食管癌TE11细胞系中研究ATRN表达及对肿瘤细胞的凋亡影响。结果:126例食管癌中ATRN的阳性表达率为73.81%(93/126),癌旁组织的阳性表达率为44.44%(56/126);21例正常食管组织中的ATRN阳性表达率为14.29%(3/21),正常食管组织与食管癌组织及癌旁组织比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别为32.89、23.15,均P<0.01);TE11-siRNA细胞系ATRN的mRNA和蛋白表达水平均低于TE11-CK细胞系中相应的表达水平。siRNA抑制食管癌细胞中ATRN的表达后,促进了TE11细胞的凋亡。结论:ATRN与食管癌的生物学行为有关。Objective：To investigate the expression of artemin（ATRN） in esophageal carcinoma.Methods：The expression of ATRN was detected by immunohistochemistry and real-time PCR in 126 esophageal carcinoma and carcinoma adjacenttissues and 21 normal esophageal tissues.The effect of the expression of ATRN protein on apoptosis was investigated in TE11esophageal carcinoma cell lines by siRNA interference technology.Results：The positive rate of ATRN was significantly higherin esophageal carcinoma（73.81%,93/126） than that in carcinoma adjacent tissue（44.44%,56/126）and normal tissue（14.29%,3/21）.In addition,the small interferon RNA expression vector can effectively inhibit the mRNA and protein expression of ATRN,and then promoted the apoptosis of TE11 cell lines.Conclusion：The expression of ATRN was related to the biological behavior of esophageal carcinoma.
