摘　　要：简述了SZX12×2型双螺杆榨油机的结构、工作原理及关键部件的设计,并对榨膛的工作机理进行了理论分析。对该机在一些榨油厂的应用效果进行了检测,结果表明该机实际生产能力达到额定产量的74%以上,出油效率达到92%以上,饼中残油率最低可达到3.6%,比同产量单螺杆榨油机节能30%~40%,冷榨热榨皆适宜。The structure,work principle and design of critical components of SZX12×2 twin-screw press were briefly described,the working mechanism of the barrel was also analyzed.The application effects of the twin-screw press in some oil plants were investigated.The result showed that the actual production capacity of the twin-screw press could reach more than 74% of the rated output,the oil recovery was above 92% and the residual oil rate in cake was 3.6%.Compared with single-screw press,the twin-screw press could save 30%-40% energy.Both cold oilseeds and cooked oilseeds could be pressed with the twin-screw press.
