摘　　要：目的:探讨超声造影在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:对43例盆腔包块患者进行实时超声造影检查,分析其血流灌注特征。结果:超声造影显示24例(24/26)良性包块中仅见包膜及分隔光带增强,内部囊液及实性回声无增强;17例(17/17)恶性肿瘤内部可见不均匀团块状增强。结论:超声造影可观察肿瘤内部血流灌注特点,为卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供有价值的参考信息。Objective To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in differential diagnosis of ovarian tumor. Methods 43 patients with pelvic mass were given real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,by which their characteristics of blood perfusion were analyzed. Results Contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed that the enhancement were observed only in the peplos and the septa band of 24（24/26）benign masses,that no enhancement was found in the interior cyst-fluid and the solid echo. Uneven massive enhancement was observed in the interior of 17（17/17） malignancy tumors. Conclusion The characteristics of blood perfusion within the tumor can be observed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound,which will provide valuable information for the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumor.
