摘  要:在H2SO4介质中,氯代十六烷基吡啶增敏剂存在下,抗坏血酸对高碘酸钾氧化龙胆紫的催化反应具有阻抑作用,据此建立阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量抗坏血酸的新方法。研究了吸收光谱、试剂用量、干扰离子等因素的影响,测定反应动力学参数,在最佳实验条件下,线性范围为在0~128μg/L,检出限为6.98×10^-7 g/L。该法简便、灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于Vc片和西红柿中微量抗坏血酸的测定。Ascorbic acid can inhibit the discoloration of gentian violet by KIO4 and using cationic surface of cetylpyridinium chloride as sensitizer in H2SO4 medium.A new inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of the trace ascorbic acid was studied.The effects of the factors such as absorption spectra,acidity,concentrations of reagent,influence of coexisting ions on the reaction are discussed and the kinetic conditions are studied.The optimum condition of reaction,kinetic parameters were investigated.At the optimum experimental conditions,the linear range is 0~128 μg/L,the detection limit is 6.98×10-7 g/L.The method were simple,high sensitivity and good selectivity.It was applied successfully to the determination of ascorbic acid in vitamin C tablet and tomato.
