高职青年志愿服务特色及长效机制研究

摘　　要：高等职业教育强调对学生实践动手能力的培养,这为高职院校结合专业实践开展志愿者活动,突出志愿服务特色打下坚实基础。高职院校应依托人才培养模式改革,为社会提供高水平的专业志愿服务,志愿服务活动安排要遵循高职学生技能学习的规律,同时充分发挥党团组织作用,建立专业志愿服务的长效机制,促进志愿服务活动全面持续开展。Higher vocational education usually attach great importance to cultivate students＇ practical abilities,which lay strong basis for developing volunteer activities and standing out the characteristics of volunteer serving combined with specialty practice for higher vocational education.Higher vocational schools should provide high-level special volunteer serving for society relying on the reform of talent cultivation model,and the arrangement of volunteer activities should comply with skills learning principles of higher vocational school students,build long-term mechanism for special volunteer serving to foster the comprehensive and sustainable development of volunteer serving activities.
