摘 要:目的构建科学、合理、实用的学校艾滋病健康教育监督评估指标体系,为科学评价艾滋病健康教育效果提供依据。方法采用查阅文献法、头脑风暴法、Delphi专家咨询法确定评估指标。结果指标体系分为教育行政管理部门评价用表和学校工作监督评估用表。前者构建了3个一级指标,6个二级指标,15个观测点。后者构建了4个一级指标,10个二级指标,30个观测点。2轮专家咨询表的回收率分别为85%,94%。第2轮修改后,变异系数均<20%。结论该指标体系涉及艾滋病健康教育的一级、二级和三级人群,可以对所有健康教育的参与者进行全面、完整的评估。Objective To construct a scientific,reasonable and practical supervision and evaluation index system for school health education of AIDS.Methods Using consult document,brainstorming,Delphi expert consultation to determine evaluation index system.Results The index system was divided into two pieces of rating scale,they were the table of education administrative department and school work evaluation respectively.The former constructed three primary indices,six secondary indices and fifteen observation points.The latter constructed four indices,ten secondary indices and thirty observation points.The two response rates of questionnaire were 85% and 94% respectively.The coefficient of variation was less than 20% after second modification.Conclusion The indicator system could perfectly evaluate all participator which involved the primary,secondary and tertiary crowds of AIDS health education.This indicator system could be widely used for its good credibility and authority.
