摘　　要：综述薄层色谱法在纯物质的鉴定,混合物的分离、提纯及含量的测定,选择柱层析洗脱系统和跟踪有机反应4个方面的应用现状。This paper reviewed the current application status of TLC through the following four aspects：identification of pure substances,separation and purification of compounds and determination,selection of the optimal eluting solution of column chromatography and tracing the organic reactions.
