摘　　要：p27蛋白是周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂家族的一员,通过抑制周期蛋白-周期蛋白依赖性激酶(cyclin-CDK)复合物活性对细胞周期进行负性调节,使细胞周期停滞在G1期。p27基因表达异常与多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展及预后有关。在p27基因发挥作用过程中,有众多的因素参与调控。本文简要介绍p27基因的结构与功能、表达调控以及与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展。p27 is one of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors.It plays an important role in cell cycle regulation by inhibiting the activity of cyclin and cyclin-dependent kinase complex.Numerous factors are involved in the regulation of p27 gene expression.Abnormal expression might induce malignant tumor.This paper introduces the function of p27 gene and its related factors in malignant tumor.
