摘 要:传统的单周期控制的三相功率因数校正电路在轻载时不稳定,这增大了电流谐波含量对系统很不利。本文对这一缺点进行改进,引入一个虚拟电阻,输入电压通过该虚拟电阻产生虚拟电流,实际的检测电流与这个虚拟电流之和与锯齿波比较,产生开关控制门信号。最后应用MATLAB/SIMULINK分别对重载和轻载以及在这两者之间突变时进行仿真,仿真结果表明在改进的控制下,系统轻载时可以实现单位功率因数并且能稳定运行。Traditional three-phase PFC converters based on one-cycle control(OCC) exhibit instability at light load conditions,which will cause much more harmful harmonic current to the system.To overcome this disadvantage,this paper improves the conventional circuit by importing a fictitious resistance.A fictitious current is generated when the input voltage passes through this resistance.The sum of the current the actual sensed current was compared with the sawtooth waveform to obtain the gating pulses of the switching.Finally,the MATLAB simulations at heavy and light loads as well as the transfer between them are carried.The simulation results show that the improved control circuit can achieve unity power factor and exhibit stability at light loads.
