摘  要:用硝酸和过氧化氢在MDS-6型微波消解仪中处理紫甘薯试样,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定13种试样中痕量元素的含量。用动态反应池技术消除质谱测定中的光谱干扰。在优化试验条件下,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.015~1.890μg·L^(-1)范围,方法用于紫甘薯中痕量元素的测定,加标回收率在94%~102%之间。The sample of purple sweet potato was digested with HNO_3 and H_2O_2 in MDS-6 microwave digestor and 13 trace elements in the solution were determined by ICP-MS.The spectral inferences were eliminated by the technique of dynamic reaction cell(DRC).Under the optimized conditions,values of detection limit(3S/N) of the method found were in the range of 0.015-1.890μg·L^(-1).The proposed method was applied to the determination of micro-amount of elements in purple sweet potato,giving values of recovery found by standard addition method ranged from 94%to 102%.
