摘　　要：城市化所导致的人口大量迁移引起了对房地产的庞大需求。对未来十年城市化发展所带来的房地产业需求规模进行预测,并使用OLS回归估计进行证明的结果表明,城市化发展水平与高房价二者之间存在显著的相关性。Urbanization has led to massive population movements, which causes the huge demand for real estate. This paper firstly predicts the scale of demands for real estatebecause of urbanization in the next decade years and then uses OLS regression analysis to test the result. The result shows that the scale of urbanization is highly correlative with rising price of real estate.
