摘　　要：目的:探讨NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的免疫表型特征及其与EB病毒(EBV)感染的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测25例NK/T细胞淋巴瘤CD45RO、CD3ε、CD56、CD20、TIA-1、Granzyme B确定肿瘤细胞免疫表型以及EBV潜伏膜蛋白(LMP-1),原位杂交技术检测EBV编码的RNA(EBER1/2)。结果:CD45RO、CD3ε及TIA-1全部阳性(100%),Granzyme B阳性22例(88.00%),CD56阳性21例(84.00%),CD20全部阴性(100%);EBER1/2阳性21例(84.00%),LMP-1阳性12例(48.00%)。结论:EBV感染与NK/T细胞淋巴瘤关系密切,EBV感染在NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。Objective：To study the immunophenotypic features of NK/T cell lymphoma and its association with Epstin-Barr virus（EBV） infection.Method：25 cases of NK/T cell lymphoma were detected CD45RO,CD3ε,CD56,CD20,TIA-1 and granzyme B by immunohistochemistry staining.The expression of EBV-latent membrane protein（LMP-1） were detected by immunohistochemistry.EBV-encoded RNA（EBER1/2） were detected by in situ hybridization（ISH） .Result：Among these cases,CD45RO,CD3ε and TIA-1was positive in the 25 cases（100%） ,granzyme B were positive in the 22 cases（88.00%） ,CD56 was positive in the 21cases（84.00%） ,while CD20 was negative in all the 25 cases（100%） .The positive rates of EBER 1/2 and LMP-1were 84.00% and 48.00%.Conclusion：NK/T cell lymphoma was close associated with EBV infection,and EBV infection might play a role in the pathogenesis of NK/T lymphoma.
