摘　　要：从分析管理技术与文化融合的过程及其面临的现实困境出发,阐述了"道本管理"理论及其内在价值逻辑,认为"道本管理"超越了管理技术与文化关系的权宜思考,把握住了管理的根本;指出了人本主义的局限和相对于自然主义的低级;不再仅仅争执东西方文化的优劣,而是站在人类文明的高度思考管理,从而破除了文化的时限性和国别差异,促使管理向人类文明的高度发展。This study explains Tao-oriented management and its internal value based on the management technology and culture＇s merging and its present dilemmas.We consider that Tao-oriented management transcends short-lived thinking of the relation between management technology and culture and grasps the core of management.Pointing out the Humanitarian shortcomings and its lower than naturalism;It studies management from the point of human＇s civilization not the cultural badness and goodness between different countries,so that it breaks cultural time constraint and difference among the countries and improves management to the level of civilization.
