摘　　要：血管发生是治疗缺血性脑血管病的有效策略之一,且多种促血管生成因子和血管生成抑制因子参与该过程的调节.Apelin是一种新发现的多肽,为G蛋白耦联受体APJ（血管紧张素1型受体相关蛋白）的内源性配体.Apelin和APJ在大鼠和人体的心脏、大脑等多种组织器官广泛表达.Apelin-APJ系统具有促血管生成作用,在缺血性病的治疗方面具有重要意义.文章对apelin-APJ系统在血管发生方面的作用机制及研究进展做了综述.Angiogenesis is one of the effective strategies for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and a variety of angiogenic factors and antiangiogenic factors involved in the process of regulation. Apelin is a newly discovered peptide, ari it is the endogenous ligand of G protein-coupled receptor APJ （Angiotensin Ⅱ Type 1 Receptor-Associated Protein）. Apelin and APJ express widely in rat and human hearts and brains, etc. Apelin-APJ system has a role in promoting angiogenesis. It has an important significance in the treatment of ischemic diseases. This article review the mechanisms of action and advances in angiogenesis of apelin-APJ system.
