摘  要:为了解蝉拟青霉胞外蛋白酶与菌株毒力的内在联系,采用平板法培养蝉拟青霉,分析了其胞外蛋白酶的产生水平,再用其分生孢子对蚜虫进行毒力测定,分析了产酶水平与毒力间的相关性。结果表明:菌株间产酶水平差异较大,对蚜虫的校正死亡率为57.89%~83.16%;产酶水平的高低与其对蚜虫的致病力间存在明显的线性相关性。蝉拟青霉胞外蛋白酶活力是构成其毒力的主要因素之一。The extracellular protease level of 12 Paecilomyces cicadae strains cultured by the panel method was analyzed and then the toxicity of their conidia to Lipaphis erysimi was determined to study the correlation between toxicity and extracellular protease level.The results showed that there was obvious difference in production of extracellar protease among 12 tested strains,their calibrated mortality of Lipaphis erysimi was 57.89%~83.16%,and there was an obvious liner correlation between extracellar protease level and pathogenicity to Lipaphis erysimi.The extracellar protease vigor of Paecilomyces cicadae is one of the main factors to constitute its toxicity.
