功能性消化不良与焦虑、抑郁关系的调查分析

摘　　要：目的对功能性消化不良(FD)患者进行焦虑与抑郁调查,研究精神心理因素与FD的关系,为防治这一常见疾病提供新的依据。方法选择60例FD患者作为研究对象,采用Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)和Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)对其精神心理状态进行评定。结果消化不良程度与焦虑、抑郁分数呈正相关;在程度方面,女性FD患者焦虑、抑郁的程度较男性更为严重;在年龄上,中青年组焦虑、抑郁比例较老年组高。结论 FD与情绪障碍之间关系密切,患者存在较重的焦虑、抑郁心理。Objective To investigate the situation of anxiety and depression of functional dyspepsia （FD） patients,and study the relationship between psychic factors and FD,provide new basis to preventing and treating the common disease.Methods 60 FD patients were selected as the research object,and evaluated their psychic state by adopting HAMA and HAMD.ResultsThe degree of dyspepsia and the scores of anxiety and depression presented a positive correlation.In the degree respect,the degree of anxiety and depression of woman FD patients was more serious than man.In the age respect,the proportion of anxiety and depression of middle age and youth groups was higher than old age group.ConclusionThe relationship between FD and mood disturbance is close,and FD patients exist serious psychology of anxiety and depression.
