摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,法律人才的供与需矛盾日益显现。针对我国目前的法学教育现状,从国家、学校、社会、学生四个方面分析问题所在,进一步完善我国法学教育的教育模式,不断提高教育质量。With the development of market economy,the conflicts with the need for legal talents become increasingly apparent. In view of the current status of legal education,this article analyzes the existing problems from state,schools,society and students so as to further perfect China＇s teaching mode of legal education and continuously improve the quality of education.
