摘 要:以吡啶-2,6-二甲酸(pydcH2)与2,6-二氨基吡啶(pyda)为原料,采用超声方法合成了质子转移化合物(pydaH2)2+(pydc)2-,再与Y(NO3)3反应合成了稀土金属钇与吡啶-2,6-二甲酸和2,6-二氨基吡啶的稀土金属有机配合物(pydaH2)Y2(pydc)4.10H2O。通过元素分析、红外、核磁共振、热重和差热分析等对质子转移化合物及稀土金属有机配合物进行了分析与表征,并研究了其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性。结果表明稀土金属有机配合物(pydaH2)Y2(pydc)4.10H2O对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较高的抗菌活性。The rare earth metal yttrium coordination complex(pydaH2)(Y2(pydc)4)·10H2O was prepared by the reaction of Y(NO3)3 with proton transfer compound (pydaH2)^2+(pydc)^2-,which was synthesized from 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid(pydcH2) and 2,6-pyridinediamine(pyda) under ultrasonic.The chemical composition,structure and thermal properties of proton transfer complex and metal-organic coordination complex were characterized by elemental analysis, IR,NMR spectra,TGA and DTA.Furthermore,antibacterial activities of ligands and their complexes against Bacillus coli and Staphylococcus aureus were also studied.The results indicated that rare earth metal yttrium coordination complex(pydaH2)Y2(pydc)4·10H2O have higher antibacterial activity against Bacillus coli and Staphylococcus aureus than that of its free ligands and proton transfer compound(pydaH2)^2+(pydc)^2-.
