摘　　要：企业科技图书馆为企业所兴办,理所当然地要直接为企业服务,要为企业的兴旺发达做出应有的贡献。企业科技图书馆要系统地收集符合本单位专业性质的文献资料,不断提高馆藏质量,逐步形成以所在单位专业性质为特色的藏书体系;同时,要不断地提高工作水平和服务质量,了解读者的需求,主动为读者提供有价值的文献资料,才能最大限度地满足读者的需要,从而达到为企业科研、生产和管理服务的目的。The science and technology library of an enterprise should systematically collect documentations and materials in compliance with the business nature of the enterprise,continuously improve the quality of its holdings and gradually form a complete system of collections featuring the business nature of the enterprise.At the same time,it should continuously improve its operation level and service quality and actively provide valuable materials to its readers,to best satisfy the needs of readers and serve the research work,production and management of the enterprise.
