摘　　要：19世纪末20世纪初,清政府废科举、兴学堂的政策,为晋商祁帮兴办新式教育带来了良好的机遇。晋商祁帮为祁县新教育发展谱写了光辉的篇章。他们是当时新教育思想的践行者、新教育体制的开拓者、新教育体系结构的完善者、新教学方法的探索者、新教育教师队伍的建设者。In the late 19th and early 20th centuries,the Qing Government＇s policy to polish the old Keju examination system and to establish school education brought a good opportunity for the Qi Group of Shanxi merchants to set up new educational system.The Qi Group,who were practitioners of new educational ideas,pioneers of new educational system,improvers of new educational construction,explorers of new teaching approaches and builders of new educational teaching team,made a great contribution to the new education of Qi County.
