摘　　要：通过对我国矿区土地复垦中复垦立法、资金保障、管理与激励、公众参与等方面的阐述,从实际操作的角度提出当前我国矿区土地复垦存在的主要问题及成因,并提出了问题改进的方向。Through analyzing main problems of mining area land reclamation in China based on practice consideration,the authors presented improvement directions in four aspects including land reclamation law system construction,funds sources development,management and motivation mechanisms,as well as stakeholders＇ participation.
