摘　　要：高校职业咨询师专业化建设乃是大势所趋,明确职业咨询师的专业标准,建设职业咨询师培养培训基地,完善职业咨询师专业组织机构,保证人员素质,严格督导制度,促进职业咨询师个人成长,是提升高校职业咨询师专业素养,促进其专业发展的基本策略。The professional development of college professional consultants is an irresistible trend.The standards of professional consultants should be clarified;the base should be constructed to cultivate and train professional consultants;the professional organizations for professional consultants should be perfected to guarantee their qualities;the supervision system should be improved to promote the growth of professional consultants,all of which are the basic strategies to heighten their professional qualities and promote their professional development.
