摘　　要：思想道德修养与法律基础课的法律部分教学是大学生法制教育的主要渠道,完善案例教学法,有助于学生切实感受法律在社会生活中的运行,准确掌握相关法律知识,拓展法律思维,提高法治意识。《基础》课中的案例教学在教学目的与要求上,都与法学专业教育存在较大的不同。案例教学法的实施要紧紧围绕大学生法律认知能力的提高和法律信仰意识的培养两个方面,在案例的选择与运用上体现思想政治教育对法律教学的要求。The course of morality and law basis is the main path for university students to get legal education. Improving case method would help students comprehend the operation of the law, correctly master the relevant legal knowledge broaden legal thinking and improve legal awareness. There are great differences of case study between the public course and specialty course in teaching aim and requirement. The case method should centre on enhancing the legal cognitive ability and training the legal consciousness. We should select and apply cases according to the needs of the ideological education.
