摘　　要：和谐的内部公共关系是现代企业发展的基石。文章论述了企业内部公共关系和企业构建和谐内部公共关系的重要意义,从我国企业内部公共关系现状出发,提出了企业构建和谐内部公共关系的途径。Harmonious internal PR is the cornerstone of the development of modern enterprises.The article illustrates the meaning of the internal PR and the construction of harmonious corporate internal PR.Starting by the status quo of the internal PR in China＇s enterprises,it also puts forward the ways to construction harmonious internal PR in enterprises.
