外伤性前房积血40例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性前房积血的治疗方法和并发症对预后的影响。方法对本院近三年来收治的外伤性前房积血40例病例做回顾性研究,分析其致伤原因、积血程度、积血吸收时间和治疗方法。结果前房积血完全吸收39例,未完全吸收1例;继发性青光眼9例,外伤性虹膜睫状体炎4例,视网膜脱离1例。结论外伤早期积极恰当的治疗,前房积血吸收较快。预后主要取决于外伤程度、积血多少及并发症的严重程度。Objective To investigate the therapeutic methods,complications and prognosis of traumatic hyphema.Methods Data of 40 cases treated in recent 3years due to traumatic hyphema were retrospectively studied and analysis.To record the causes of trauma,the blood level,the time of blood absorption and the therapeutic methods.Results Hyphema was completely absorbed in 39 cases and partly absorbed in 1 case.,There were 9cases of secondary glaucoma,4 cases of traumatic iridocyclitis and 1 case of retinal detachment.Conclusion The early and timely treatment of traumatic hyphema could improve the vision of patients.Recovery of vision is related to the amount of hemorrhage,severity of the contusion and complications.
